I'm not quite clear about your question. Anyway, traditional Thai families grow backyard garden of their own. Home-grown vegetable. If they want anything special, they just looking for the ingredients aroud them, in the forest maybe. For meat, traditional Thais usually eat fish, which they can catch in any rivers.
