well..... there are alot, but i just did a HUGE school project on Italy and we had to bring food so i brought zeppoles (they are a donut with a pastry cream that you could look up on any website :P if you want to see a good picture of one then i suggest going to wikipedia and see the first picture :) ) hopes this helps
