Some fat can be found in just about all foods, either it was there from the beginning(as in bacon and cheese), or it's been added in cooking(as in anything deep fried). Do note that we actually need some fats to stay healthy, trouble is that our modern lifestyle and diets makes very easy for us to eat far more fat than what's good for us.
