For a start wash your face once a day with a really good cleansing facial wash using warm water and being very gentle (scrubbing your face may lead to more breakouts) then rinse with cold water pat face dry and leave for 5mins to make sure its completely dry next get a good face cream it should contain 2.5% benzoyl peroxiide i use oxy on the spot but there are other creams you can use such as neutrogena on the spot most supermarkets and chemists sell them put plenty on and i mean plenty as in super size me rub in gently to the affeted area/s leave for 15mins then use a good moisturiser use less moisturiser than you did cream but try to find one with jobjoba oil in it will help with the dryness that the cream can sometimes cause it may take from 2days to 2weeks but your skin will become clearer and you will keep it clear as long as you do this twice a day (morning and night) and dont squeeze your spots i did this and it worked wonders i now very rarely get a spot but it goes down quickly and is never that noticeable i hope this helps and please perservere even if you get dry skin because your skin needs to get used to the cream then it will go down and if its really dry oisturise more than twice a day and drink lots of water. good luck.

lots of fruit! and lots of water really helps your skin to minimise exma spots and wrinkles! My mum drinks water everyday, she is 62 and has almost no crinkles to her! It works! so does bread and fish however oily fish makes your skin greasy so evoid them!
