Hi I have graves disease and have found that by eating gluten, dairy and yeast free has helped me. Also give up eating beef and eat more free range chicken, veal and lamb and some deep sea fish! Give up alcohol. Use sea salt only and drink 2 litres of water a day with lemon juice in it. Use extra vitamins without iodine in them (zinc liquid, 1tsp day 1 tsp vitamin c powder mix into water. Some vitamin B and iron tablets Think healthy if it was not around 100 years ago dont eat it!
