It depends on how strict you are as a vegetarian. Some rule out all animal products which is called vegan-ism (a branch of vegetarianism), but most only avoid animal meats while eating all other types of food, including tofu, veggie burgers, grains, etc.

Well if there vegetarians then it's obviously no meat and all vegetables and nothing with animal fats and stuff in it so they have to be very careful with what they eat.
