sucrose is basically table sugar, so what ever you put sugar in or on.

This is somewhat true, however many foods contain natural sucrose; Like meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, pastas, rice and grains.

Fruits and vegetables have simple sugars. Simple sugars are easier for your body to digest than complex sugars found in processed foods.
