before you go to bed you can drink warm milk people say it does not help but I use it myself you can also use Sleepy Time tea and some herbs can help you sleep (tea can be found at a grocerie store and the herbs can too) The herbs are just an addition I think you can sleep at night better with the warm milk and sleepy time tea but some find the herbs better
