probably the simplest answer for this question is the fact that "you are what you eat". look at it this way. unhealthy foods usually have a ton of cholesterol, which clogs your arteries. and arteries are like your direct like to your heart. so in conclusion if you stay away from fatty foods, and foods high in cholestorol your hear will in fact have less junk passing through, there for "you are what you eat"
