Well, it all depends on the type of Native American group or tribe. But mostly Native Americans grew corn, beans, and many other plants. They also fished and hunted buffalo and other animals they could find.
The Native Americans helped the pilgrims by teaching them what foods could be grown in America and how to grow them. They also taught them how to build housing.
