Whichever is your dominant foot or preference. Most right handed people kick with their right foot, and vice versa.

Usually, when people kick the soccer ball they turn there hips and use there legs muscles to kick the ball. It depends if you kick with your left foot you lean back and use the left side of the body, but if you use your right foot, you lean back and use the right foot. :)

to kick a soccer ball properly do not use ur toe! kick either with ur laces or with the inside side of ur foot.

On your inside part of your foot unless you are shooting the ball into the goal then use your laces.

There isn't an exact way to kick a soccer ball. First, make sure your planted foot is pointed in the direction you want it to go. Then you can kick the ball by the inside of your foot. When you do that it's mostly going to be a pass. Secondly, you need to use your planted foot in the right direction. Then, you want to kick the ball with your laces. Not with you toes or foot it will hurt. When your scoring, make sure you get your shoulders over the ball.

If you kick a soccer ball with your foot, you use the bones in your foot. They are: talas, metatarsal, calcaneus, and phalanges.

User Avatar

because it is a sport you play with a ball but use your feet so instead they call soccer foot ball because you obviously use your feet to kick the ball.

User Avatar

It matters because it depends on if your left or right handed!!

User Avatar

you may use the top of your foot(laces) inside of your foot or toe punt(not proper)

User Avatar

it depends, how do u want to kick it? you could curve it with the inside of your foot. If you would rather have it hard and straight you would have to kick it with your laces meaning with the middle of your foot but not your toe

User Avatar

It depends. To dribble it is better to use the side of your foot. To shoot a goal it is better to use your toe.

You use your hip and thigh muscles to kick the ball.

User Avatar

you actually just use your quadriceps, unless you are also flexing your foot, then you use your tibialis anterior as well you also use your foot feet to move the foot and kick it and that's the awser like me works all the time.......

You choose where your going to kick the ball, then kick the ball with your laces and whatever foot you use to kick the ball with you swing the opposite arm for balance. (You also always have to be confident.) And another thing is that before you kick the ball you look at where your going to kick it and then while your kicking it you always have your eye on the ball! - All of this is for penalties not in a game situation BUT you can use some of these tactics. I really hope this is helpful :)

Stay over the ball. Place your non-kicking foot next to the ball. Then drive your kicking foot straight to the ball. Make sure you do not hit the ball with your toes. Use your hips to direct the ball to where you want it to go. Now you try.

It is easy to kick a soccer ball. For a beginner you should use the inside of your dominant foot. You then take your other foot (the one you won't be kicking with) and put it next to the ball so that it points in the direction you want the ball to go. Finally you strike the ball depending on how hard and high you want it to go. It may take practice so don't get upset if your not an expert right away

The Hemi and the squads in your leg use the powerto move the soccer ball to a big increase by kicking the ball by the side of your foot and your knees are always bent and you must always do a RUNNER and your arms will swing if it is a good kick.

You probally have to use math in soccer to find out the angle that you kick the ball to the net so that the goalie doesn't catch the ball. I don't know why we use science in soccer.

User Avatar

Your "shoelaces", in other words, the front of your foot.

User Avatar

The top of your foot. the part when you look down and you see the top of your foot
