Feudalism (Oligarchy - money backed monarchy) - using the definitions of then VS now.
=============================================
Somehow I have never read that the ideas of Federalism would bring the United States to a government described as " Feudalism" . This form of government was a prevailing one in Medieval Times. The term ("oligarchy -money backed monarchy) This phrase does not use "oligarchy" in its common usage. Nor does an oligarchy mean or infer "money backed monarchy.
The Republican Party came into being long after the Federalist debates took place.
The objections to a strong Federal Government were based on Not having an all powerful central government take away the cherished rights of the States.
Republicans would charge that the Federalists would bring back a monarchy or a strong centralized government that favored the elite and diminished individual liberties.

The Federalists lost touch with the common people. The Federalists began as a movement, not as a political party. They opposed Shays rebellion. They opposed states going to war against other states. They wanted a national government to bring order out of chaos. They created the Federal Government. When they had finished their main task, the leaders of the Federalist Movement held on to power. They had no new plans as the nation changed. As a result they voted the interest of wealthy individuals.
No, republicans are the people that would throw you 60 feet of rope, and not allow the government to throw you any rope. They believe in individual action, not government action. New tea party republicans have always made it a point to bring back the government, but a recent GALLUP poll showed that republicans gave more to charity than democrats. Politics is not divided between rich and poor, but rather to contrary political beliefs, they will forever be debated.
The Radical Republicans viewed Andrew Johnson as a Southern sympathizer because he wanted to bring the states that seceded prior to the Civil War back into the Union immediately and unconditionally. The Republicans saw this as a potential threat to Reconstruction.

If you look in history book you can see there have been many great republicans such as Ronald Reagon, Abe Lincoln, and coountless others. They bring the country together, and they support families and main strreet vs wall street.
Moderate Republicans believe in the core beliefs of the Republican Party (smaller government and fiscal responsibility) while finding common ground with Democrats on legislation. A Moderate Republican could favor gay marriage and be pro choice or they could believe in progressive taxation and alternative energy just to name a few things. Most Moderate Republican's are against the Religious Right.
No. Only the State can bring a criminal charge against someone. It is doubtful that the Insurance Company would even have standing to file a complaint in such a matter.
