After battle the Pokemon and defeat it and it should be located at the bottom screeen. Keep doing this until you get to the number 20. Use the pokeradar again and you will see a different colored grass wiggling go there and a shiny Pokemon should appear. Other than that you have a 1/8192 of finding a shiny.
