The ridge formed from till deposits at the edge of a glacier is called a moraine. It may be formed from glacial flours or from large boulders.
it is formed by a glacier
Glacial erratics aren't exactly formed. They were deposited by glaciers that were moving in that area at one time. improved= Glacial erratics are exactly formed. Because a glacier is so heavy, the glacier can pluck large rocks as the glacier moves. When the rock is too heavy for the glacier to hold, or the glacier is retreating, it then deposits the rock in a place where it wouldn't usually be found. This is what an erratic is. A large piece of rock in an unusual surrounding. i hope this helps :)
Kames. Many are found in areas of kettles and moraines.

When the glacier is formed the ice scratches the land. When the glacier recedes the ice will scar the earth. This is called glacial scarring.
Formed when a mixture of sediments that a glacier deposits directly on the surface

An outwash plain is formed near glacial areas. The glacier melts and loses not only water, but solid deposits it has picked up over time. The deposits are carried away with the meltwater and deposited over a broad plain. The larger solid deposits like boulders are typically found near the glacier, while smaller deposits such as silt can be found at a fair distance from the glacier.

It depends on what the glacier picked up along the way and what it might have run into

Such ridges are referred to as lateral moraines. As a glacier moves, it shears debris, such as rock and soil, on both sides, and this unsorted sediment forms ridges along the edges of the glacier.
