Not likely. Most eggs produced for grocery stores are farmed from caged chickens that never even come in contact with a male so there is no chance of fertilization. In the case of free range chickens, even they are usually kept away from males. In the rare event that a small production farm with free range chickens (where a male might come in contact with a female) and actually does manage to allow a fertilized egg to slip through into a store it is still unlikely to hatch because it will have been refrigerated and not kept warm enough for proper incubation. The urban legends that chicks have hatched in grocery stores have all been deliberate pranks.
