PH25 is a filter made by Fram no matter what brand it is. If you want to use a quality filter instead of a low quality Fram then use a Purolator L20033. Be sure can check the Purolator application guide to be sure.

In a Fram, that would be ph-30. AC-Delco is pf-25. There are many other filters that will fit, but the pf-25 is the most common.

I haven't been able to find a conversion chart anywhere and Generac won't give any information either. However, I found that FRAM PH6017A filters work just fine. They're identical in size and configuration to the OEM filter. The good news is that they only cost $4.69 each at Auto Zone. A local Generac dealer sells the factory filters for $25 each. That's bogus considering Generac doesn't actually make them. The PH6017A is used in motorcycles and outboard engines so you won't find it in a book that only lists auto filters.
The following replace the AC PF-25. The Fram PH-13 is a long version of PH30 which should also fit. For those mounting the filter upside down or sideways there is a newer version with an anti-drainback valve PH-6606. Fram PH-13 Wix - 51086 Napa Gold - FIL1069 Penzoil- P Z3 AC- PF25 Purolator-L20049
I found one at: http://www.aloha34.com/information/oilfiltertable.pdf From the NAPA number get the CM number, then from the CM number get the Fram number. Example: NAPA 1068=CM 25-220=Fram PH4967
