any good frosting
cake/cupcakes
Chocolate frosting is always a classic and will go great with coffee cakes. My advice is that the simpler your frosting it is, the more extravagant and elegant it will look on your coffee cake.
about a 3 days to a week
I recently had to do one too :) i took some cake mix, some candy and frosting and made a cake and arranged the candy on top of the frosting to be the organelles and I got a pretty good mark on it.
i would say yes but to make it look good you want to first crumb coat it so what you do is simply add a very thin layer of frosting and refrigerate then take it out and frost it its better this way it helps for crumbs not to come off and it looks OS much nicer either that or buy fondant add a very small layer of frosting to your cake and put the fondant and it looks very nice that is actually what bakers do Let me know if this helped you out =)
Good question. Hopefully, there's frosting between the attached layers.
NO! I tried. It was terrible. I guess you could make them but they are very chewy and not that good.
A simple white icing or a butter cream frosting would go well.
the dishonest boy ate his mothers chocolate cake even though there was chocolate frosting on his face
I think cream cheese frosting goes really well with vanilla cupcakes, pink lemonade cupcakes (surprisingly!), red velvet cupcakes, strawberry, and other such flavors. :)
Yes. You can use buttercream as the frosting to bind your cake crumbles to make cake pops. Buttercream is also a good base if you're adventurous and want to flavor it and experiment with new cake pop flavors.
A good cake decorating idea for a dance theme is that you could put music notes or maybe a disco ball on it. just use frosting or icing in the color black to draw some music notes on top.
