All fruits are low in purine and are are OK, as are fruit juices in the case of gout.
Fresh cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and other red-blue berries may be particularly good for gout. Pineapple in particular is high in bromelain and may be good for those with gout.
Fruit that are reputedly good for diabetics include Apples, Grapefruit, Oranges, Bitter Melon, and Bananas.
