What fruits are best on a diet?

  • Try grapefruits ruby red and squeeze lemon in your glass of water.
  • If on any medication check with your pharmacist to be sure you can have grapefruit. Many meds out there say "no grapefruit!" Apples, oranges, 10 grapes, melons of any sort, papaya, a small banana 3 times a week (high in potassium) pears, berries (strawberries, black berries, raspberries, etc.) Pomegranate juice is an excellent source for your body (get the organic one.)
