Doesn't matter. The skin color of the baby is determined by the skin color of the parents(unless there's a medical condition like albinism), there's nothing you can eat or drink to influence that.
Most soft fruits just need washing. Apples and pears can be eaten unpeeled, but it is all a matter of preference (I peel mine).

I know what you mean. It is yellow with a thick skin and large seeds which are very sour. The seeds are eaten with salt and sugar. We used to eat these fruits in Nairobi and Mombasa. I don't think there is a scientific name for it.
