Try running it on 87 octane. If you detect pinging move up to 89 octane. If it still pings you will have to go to 91 octane.
I believe it means the engine was manufactured in Windsor Ontario.They made two 351 cu. in. engines back then, the Windsor and one made in Cleavland Ohio. The Cleavland was considered the better engine.

351 Windsor is a small block, 351 Cleveland, is a big block. The 351M, (modified) is a small block, with big block heads on it.
Fuel injected? In the fuel tank Carb.? At the front lower section of the engine - follow fuel line

Ford doesn't have a 5.7L engine. They had a 5.8L (351 cid) which has a 30 gallon tank.

Well if you have a 351 in the bronco then your fuel pump is mounted on the block right in front of the oil filter
