Behind the glove compartment door. Open and empty the glove compartment door then remove the two door stop/bumpers to allow the door to drop down. This will expose the cabin filter access door. Remove the cabin filter access door and the cabin filter will slide out easily.
If equipped it will be located behind the glove box door.
The cabin filter is located behind the glove compartment. To gain access, lower the glove compartment door by opening it then squeezing in the sides to allow the door to drop all the way down. The cabin filter is then accessible by removing the small plastic cover that is now visible. Make note of the arrow marked on the old and new filter that points the direction of the air flow.
All years and models (F-250,F-350,F-450,F-550,F-650,F-750) don't have one. Ford never designed the vehicles to run one?? Why?? I have no idea??

Not all Kias have a cabin air filter and for some models, the inclusion of a cabin air filter depends on what trim level you have. If your Kia Soul does have a cabin filter it is located behind the glove compartment. The glove compartment door and box must be removed to gain access to the cabin filter. With glove compartment door closed, remove the 3 Philips head screws under the door then open the door and remove the 5 Philips head screws that hold the box in place. Wiggle the box/door assembly out and lay it on the floor. The small narrow black plastic cover is now in sight. Unsnap one end of the cover and swing it open. Reach inside and pull the old filter down and out. Reverse procedure to install.
