The horn fuse is under the hood next to the battery. It also controls the power to the steering wheel's cruise control buttons. The fuse is 10 amp.
The fuse for the cruise control on a 1998 Nissan Sentra is at the Number 22 spot in the fuse box. This is a 10 Amp. fuse that also controls the horn and steering switch. if the horn still works, check the speed sensor on the transmission or the cruise control module on the carburetor.

The horn relay and the cruise control steering wheel switch are powered from the same fuse. Check fuse #44 at the inside fuse panel under the dash.

Check 15 amp fuse "R" in the fuse box. It appears that the horn relay feeds part of the cruise control system.
If you have no horn and cigarette lighter, its a fuse.
if cruise control and horn aren't working...i bet it's the clock spring..check if there is a recall on it
It could be a bad horn fuse. I think it's a 15 amp fuse. It could also be a problem with the cruise control module. Does the cruise control work (assuming you have a CC)?
Answer The fuse for the cruise control is in location #10 of your fuse panel - visible with driver's door open on end of dash - it is a 7.5 amp fuse. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In your power distribution box, in your engine compartment, in location # 10 (between the 2 rows of maxi-fuses) is a 15 amp mini- fuse for your horn relay, and in location # 7 is the horn relay. Your PD BOX IS LIVE - DISCONNECT YOUR NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE
A clockspring controls the air bag, cruise control and the horn. I had mine replaced. On a Grand Caravan Dodge.
If not working, check the horn 15amp fuse. when the horn doesn't work, neither does the criuse control.
