Unfortunately that is not a simple question to answer. There is not just one fuse. The main computer has 104 pins, which include several power and ground inputs, some of which are supplied by relays and some by fuses. I reccommend you go through an check all your fuses, but if you have a vehicle that isn't starting, I doubt your problem is a fuse. If it is a power supply problem, the PCM power relay is more likely, but rarely do the relays themselves fail. When the relay is the issue, it is usually a wiring problem to the relay, like a lost ground.
