This is likely due to a stuck open door ajar sensor.

it is a safety feature so you are less likely to lock your keys in the car but if you have to stop it you can put the key in and open the door at this point you stick your head under the dash and listen then carefully unplug the module that is making the noise
your car probably has transmission issues. tow it to a transmission shop.
look for a disconnected or broken vacuum line. Clogged Catalytic Converter making a hissing noise! Does it lose power pulling hills? bad gas mileage etc?
