There is a difficult-to-see panel on the inside of the vehicle near the floorboard on the driver's side. I think the one for the radio may also handle the power mirrors but I'm not sure.Confirmed. On a 2001 Carnival LS, the fuse for the radio is the same one indicated for the power mirrors, and its the fuse for the console clock as well. There is also a fuse marked "Audio" in the engine compartment fuse box, but not sure what that is for.

I would check, with a multimeter, where the radio power cable is connected at the fuse panel and see if you actually have power. Check the fuses first. The clock is always on and as such is connected to one fuse. The radio only comes on when the key is in acc or on and is connected to a different fuse.
