had that prblem, its your wireing hornis
pull back on the dimmer switch and hold it You do not want to do this ... the bulb, which has two elements, will quickly overheat and burn out, leaving you with no headlights whatsoever. Holding back on the dimmer switch will burn up the relay by overheating it, too.

The daytime running lights are the low beam lights run by a specific circuit. If they don't work then check your fuses and then the wiring harness for damage.
Low beam head lights? High beam head lights? Day time driving lights? Tail lights? Brake lights? Dash lights? Signal lights? Dome light? Glove compartment light? Trunk light? License plate light? Courtesy lights? Give us a clue.

Bulbs blew
I don't know why exactly, but I do know is that by pulling just slightly on the high beam/cruise control/turning signal lever and you press on the breaks, the lights kick in.
What I do is put my headlights on ( low beam ) and pull the headlight control towards me to turn on the fog lights ( push the control in to turn off the fog lights )
