If your horn does not work more than likely the horn is bad,or has a bad ground on these trucks. The horn is located behind the right side of the front bumper below the right side headlight.I suggest remove the grill(you need to do this to access it) and remove the horn, clean the metal it bolts to and the two terminals on the horn. Now the horn relay is mounted on the right hand side has a 3 plug terminal on the fender close to the charcoal canister black in color its just close it .If you push the horn you should hear a clicking sound (suggest doing so with no radio,or engine running) as to hear it.I would bet hands down the if the relay works as it prolly will the horn is defective after doing my suggestion. The horn does not have its on fuse it is actually tied into the brake light switch wiring.Check the horn, clean the grounds, and check the relay for the clicking sound. If neither work replace the horn and relay. The horn is subjected to water all the time and causes it lose its ground or corrode the horns electrical terminals.I have owned my truck 23 years not one relay has been bad, always the horn ground or horn is toast due to water exposure over time.

What is the short rope tied to the horn in pro calf roping?

There is no "short" rope necessarily tied to the horn. You have your rope that you rope the calf with which is tied "fast" to the horn. There is also what they call the "jerk line" which is tucked into the ropers belt and attached to the horses bit so when the roper runs to the calf it "bumps" the horse in the mouth which in turn encourages him to keep the rope taught.

Why does my 91 Honda accord se shuts off when im driving and it take several minute so it could start runing again?

It appears that the gear shifter and the brake lights are tied to the same fuse as the horn. My car horn keeps sounding off sporadically and the only way I can get it to stop is to pull the fuse. when I pull tis particular fuse the brake lights go and the gear shifter does not work. In order to get it into gear I have to put the key in the gear shifter box.

Moist likely this fuse is tied in with others, as a combination. ie, there is no fuse specifically for that, check your fuse box under the dashboard and in the engine, look for a blown fuse, and replace it.
