Sunroof has a 30 amp circuit breaker, position number 26 in the fuse box on the far passenger side of the dash. This circuit breaker also powers the power windows.
The circuit breaker can be pulled out and replaced just like a regular fuse.
fuse #9 ... it is a red fuse
The fuse box is behind the glove box door.
The problem lies in the IOD fuse under the hood of your Jeep. Its a 20 amp fuse located in the fuse box under the hood replace that and it should work fine!
It is the same fuse that powers the engine computer. So if the engine runs, the fuse is ok.

I dont know about the 95, but I have a 93 and the tow relay is located in the right quarter panel. Its up under the window. Yours may be in the same place.
Codes on a 1995 Jeep are two digits long. So 5 means nothing.
I am looking at the 1995 Jeep Wrangler manual (I own a 95 Jeep Wrangler Rio Grande), and it is telling me that you use yellow fuse with 20amp for cigarette lighter and radio problems. Goodluck! About to go fix my Jeep radio/cigarette lighter problem right now.

The fuel pump fuse for a 1995 Jeep Cherokee is located in the fuse box under the hood. Specifically, you should look for the fuse labeled "Fuel Pump" or "FP" in the fuse diagram on the cover of the fuse box. Additionally, there is another fuse related to the fuel system located inside the cabin, typically in the fuse panel under the dashboard. Always refer to the owner's manual for exact locations and specifications.
