Yes, it is possible. No, it is not easy. Yes, it can be done with lite. No, it is not truly 3D then, it is fake 3D. Yes, it can make full fledged 3D games. No, it cannot make Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and run it at a good FPS, and it will take forever to make such a thing.
Sorry you cant... but you can do 2d!
3D sprites is a misdemeanor. You want a 3D model; a 3D sprite doesn't really work that way. A sprite is a 2D image by definition, a 3D sprite couldn't exist. Blender.org. Convert the file to whatever you need.
Well to make a game, first, you need a game engine, wether this is a flash game (in witch case you need a flash engine , id go with the adobe flash cs4 that's good) or wether your making a 3d or 2d game, in witch case you need a regular game engine, just type 'game engine' into Google you will eventually find what you want, but let me warn you now this is going to cost you ALOT of money!!! im talking hundreds of thousands if you want a top of a line game.. i hope this helped somehow =) here is also a list of game engines i found was pretty cool, but remember be prepared to spend big =)www.heroengine.com/www.unrealtechnology.com/

Yes, you can create a fully playable game using Blender, particularly with its integrated game engine features, such as Blender Game Engine (BGE) or by exporting assets to other game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine. Blender allows for 3D modeling, animation, and texturing, which are essential for game development. However, for more complex game mechanics and interactivity, many developers prefer to use dedicated game engines alongside Blender for asset creation.
