I have a LG Voyager and this is how I removed VZ Navigator. Go to your media center. Click on "Browse & Download." You should see VZ Navigator. At that point, flip open your phone and use the directional cursor to highlight VZ Nav. Then press options and you should see something about canceling/removing. Follow the instructions and you should be good to go. Hope this helps.
