Every generation has had a 32gb model, so no-one will be able to help you unless you add more detail to your question.
Currently at the Apple Retail Store, they sell the iPod Touch 8GB which is the 2nd Generation, and iPod Touch 32 GB, and 64 GB which are both 3rd Generation iPod Touches.
The 5th Generation iPod Touch is $299 for the 32 GB Version and $399 for the 64 GB Version.
Depends how many GB. Probably $459 NZ for 32 GB, like the 5th generation
2nd Gen has 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB 3rd Gen has 8GB(But is the same as the 2nd), 32 GB, 64 GB 3rd Gen 32 GB and 64 GB are faster, have a mic, and that's all I think.

The most recent version of the Ipod Touch is the fifth generation Ipod touch. It was released on October 15, 2012 and comes in a variety of colors with either 16 gb, 32 gb, or 64 gb of storage.
Yes, the 3rd generation of the iPod Touch has come out with a 16 GB storage capacity.
If you are in the market for a 1st Generation iPod Touch, you might want to consider purchasing a refurbished 1st generation iPod touch from the Apple store. These devices are not always in stock, but you should jump at the opportunity when they are in stock. The refurbished devices come in 8 GB, 16 GB and 32 GB, and they are as good as new. They even come complete with Apple's one-year limited warranty.
This depends on whether you have the 8 GB iPod Touch (3rd generation) or the 32 GB or 64 GB iPod Touch (3rd generation). The 8 GB one is essentially exactly the same as the 2nd-generation one. I'm actually not sure if they are actually different, even. If you have the 32 GB or 64 GB one, it's a lot faster, any apps that use the new 3D capability that the 3rd generation and the iPhone 3GS have will support it, it has voice control, it comes with the Apple Earphones with Remote and Mic, and needless to say it stores more. However, I honestly can't justify purchasing an iPod touch with 32 GB or 64 GB except for the fact that they'll hold all my music. Other than that I am happy with my 8 GB 2nd generation and the iPhone 3GS I'll be getting soon. An iPod nano, on the other hand, is definitely much better in my opinion.
