American western
Amir and Hassan go see Western movies. They are particularly drawn to the character of John Wayne and the heroic cowboys in the films.
Amir thinks it is ironic because Hassan smiles everyday even with the inability to do it correctly. Amir also see it is ironic becuase Baba (Amir's father) pays for the surgery when Hassan is seen not to be Baba's son. (even though Hassan is Baba's illegitimate child)
Amir tests Hassan's loyalty by planting money and a watch under Hassan's bed, and then pretending they have been stolen. When Hassan claims to have taken the items, he is willing to accept the punishment for theft rather than reveal the truth to protect Amir, demonstrating his deep loyalty.
No it isn't used correctly. Plus, the pronouns aren't clear as to who is being referenced. Amir always tries to ingratiate himself with Baba's father to make him love him more than his cousin, Hassan. (the last 'his' refers back to Baba's father, so him, him, and his need clarified more) Amir always tried to ingratiate himself with Baba to make Baba's father love him more Baba's father loved Amir's cousin, Hassan. (love him-- who is him? does it refer to Amir, Baba or Hassan?) Think about the exact person Amir is trying to "ingratiate himself to", then see if you can use names more than pronouns. When a name appears, the first pronoun after that refers directly to THAT person. Again, use more names and make sure to sort out the pronouns and make sure each pronoun refers directly back to the person's name.
Amir tells Baba he thinks he has cancer as an attempt to explain his recent behaviors and to seek forgiveness for keeping secrets about Hassan's assault from Baba. Amir believes that by sharing this news, Baba might understand the guilt and burden he has been carrying.
With Harry Potter, Hunger Games and Twilight doing so well with book sales and movie sales, the young adult genre looks hot. The writing can be good and some good movies were made. And young adults have the time and money to go buy books and see movies.
I don't see how you expect someone to answer this question. I could say 80% but we wouldn't know it is right or wrong. How many medieval movies do you know of? I suppose you could count King Arthur,Braveheart, Excalibur, Highlander and others as in that genre'. There are enough people for them to keep making movies.
I can see Alice liking Fantasy genre books.
Sanaubar, Hassan's mother, rejected him at birth due to his physical appearance and her own shame. She left him and never came back to see him, choosing to abandon him with his father, Ali.
Illusionary Genre usually refers to Op Art. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Op_Art
Amir Khan is a boxer who competes primarily in the United Kingdom. Tickets to his events can be purchased online at the Ticketmaster UK website, or the Viagogo website.
I usually say going out to see a movie, or going out to the movies.
Louis L'Amour could very be the answer regarding films made from books. Zane Grey has published 85 books. Until I see otherwise I think we should go with your answer.
