Mountainous land and very rough terrains make up two-thirds of Chinese territory, and this has created some problems in transport and in the development of agricultural production.

China has several natural features that tourist visit. The Huangguoshu Waterfall is located in Guizhou Province. It is one with 17 other waterfalls in a cluster of 18. The Guiness World Records in 1999 featured the waterfalls.
