If you haven't done it already, on the first mission for the Dark Brotherhood when you are to assassinate Rufio, he will remain asleep for a majority of the time and will not wake up unless you interact with him. So just go into sneak mode and walk around him while he is sleeping and your sneak skill will increase rapidly. A way for lockpicking is obtaining the skeleton key from Nocturnal's Shrine and auto attempting Very Hard leveled locks. This will take forever to unlock and will boost your lockpick skill without losing any lockpicks because the skeleton key is unbreakable.
No, you can only level up with your major skills, minor skills will only give you extra points in your attributes when you level up.
I blew them to oblivion with an atomic bomb; they were blown to oblivion; the Universe was sucked to oblivion; its like they appeared out of oblivion
One can use glitches on MLN. Some of the widely used glitches include enlarged avatar glitch, soundtrack module, invisible avatar, and the double block glitches.
Yes, as a matter of fact there are cheats. Several. I only ever use three, they are actually more, 'glitches' then cheats because you don't use a code for them. Go to gamespot.com and look under oblivion, cheats. The three I use are for cloning(scrolls version), permanent enchantment, and a spin off of the cloning cheat where you never have to recharge your enchanted weapon... The Oblivion Ring glitch, often used in games like "Super Smash Bros. Brawl," involves using the item "Oblivion Ring" to temporarily remove a character from play. To perform the glitch, you need to activate the Oblivion Ring on an opponent and, before it fully activates, use a specific move or item that causes a game state change, allowing you to manipulate the game mechanics. It's essential to practice the timing and execution to ensure the glitch works effectively. However, exploiting glitches can impact the gameplay experience, so it's best to use them in casual settings.
In "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion," there isn't a direct equivalent to the drain skill glitch found in "Morrowind." While players can manipulate skills and attributes through various means, such as potions and spells, Oblivion's mechanics do not allow for the same level of exploitation as seen in Morrowind. However, players can still use techniques like spell crafting and item enchantment to temporarily alter their skills or stats. Overall, the gameplay and mechanics in Oblivion focus more on balancing and less on the kind of glitches seen in its predecessor.
You will always have a spell in use on Oblivion. If you don't want to use that spell, then simply select a different one. :)
Yes you can use glitches in moultiplayer split screen and on zombies. As an example you can get on the table in five.

To fly in "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" on the Xbox 360, you need to use a cheat code. First, open the console by pressing the appropriate button (which is not available on the 360), but you can use a glitch to achieve flight. Stand near a ledge, jump, and then use a spell or item that triggers your character's movement while pressing against the edge, allowing you to move in the air. However, note that using cheats or glitches can affect your game experience, so proceed with caution.
