I suppose that I would be Blobbert, the god of all things shapeless.
Since you spelt it wrong it could be two answers: 1) The answer would not be who am I, it would be who am I now. I am someone, but now I am wearing God, who is you, so now I would be wearing God, who is you, so I would be wearing you. Therefore, I am wearing God, but I cannot clarify who I am. 2) "If you where me and i was God who are you [sic]". I would be God, you, and me. I would be God since you are God and I am you. I would be you because I am God and you are the same God. I would be me because I am always me, and God, and you.
I take it that you mean if you were God instead of God being God. Then you would be in the position He is in now. You as you would not exist for you would be a God. You would have the attributes as God. How you think, what you do would be as a God and you would have all knowledge and all power. Because you are you, you cannot even imagine yourself as God because your brain is so immature like the rest of us. It is therefore impossible for anyone to think of themselves taking the place of God.

Yes. Think about it.... If there was no God, why would there be an Earth? Why would we born and die? Why would we love? There has to be, HAS to be, a higher power. I believe that it is God.
I would do it on Poseidon, god of the sea and earthquakes.
You would call him a god

No. Galactus would be stronger because he is huge. God is smarter. So he wins him. Galactus tends to hurt God but God will not let him win. God tends to hurt Galactus from hurting Earth and Heaven. Galactus can move God out of his way. Ow! Would God be stronger? No.

A theocratic state would be ruled directly by God, not humans. There would be no need for fundamentalism because laws would be made by God, interpreted by God, and reinforced by God.
