5w-20 and I would personally use Valvoline Syntec but it's expensive so if you want cheaper Valvoline Premium Conventional is fine to ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The owners manual shows 5w-20 for the 4.6 L - V8 and 5w-30 for the 4.0 L SOHC - V6
