None of the Great lakes belongs to Canada. The border flows through all except Michigan which is entirely in USA.
Lake Michigan
That would be Lake Michigan, the one by Chicago IL. Although not the largest of the 5 Great Lakes (that would be Lake Superior), Lake Michigan is the only one of the 5 that is entirely located within the boundaries of the USA. The other 4 lakes are half in Canada, and half in the US, with the boundary between the two countries dividing each lake.

There is only one Great Salt Lake. Perhaps you meant to ask about the Great Lakes, which are not the same as the Great Salt Lake.
Lake Michigan is the only one of the Great Lakes completely within the US.
Lake Ontario relates to only one other Great lake - Lake Erie. The only reference I can find to a "Lake Horn" is in Mississippi - a very long way from Lake Ontario.
