All non-Aryans. This included Jews, any non-Germans, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, people who disagreed with Hitler's political ambitions, anyone who tried to protect Jews or other people Hitler wanted dead, etc.

Any group that wasn't Aryan wasn't considered fit for belonging to the master race.

More specifically; the groups that they deemed unfit and attempted to eradicate were the Jews and Gypsies, and any one with physical abnormalities or handicaps.

Whilst there were few living in Germany at that time, persons of colour (black) were also considered to be inferior and not worthy of being part of the master race.

Hitler had a complex pyramid of races below the Aryans/Nordic people, who he believed to be the most superior race. There were acceptable races like Western Europeans and their progeny, weakly inferior races like Slavs, Arabs, and East Asians, modestly inferior races like Romani, Africans, Native Americans, and Indians, and the worst race: the Jews.

Of course, such a view of humanity is completely wrong and has no support in genetics or any other actual scientific measure.
