Not much will happen if you color over your already black tinted hair. You won't be able to see too much of the burgundy in normal lighting. In direct sunlight, however, you should be able to see a slight burgundy hue. Try using a level or two lighter than your black color (IE. if you used a level 1 when coloring your hair black, use a level 2 or 3 burgundy) and mix with 20 volume cream developer.
Specifically, burgundy has no meaning or symbolism in the Bible. The colours, crimson, scarlet or red, are similar to burgundy and these symbollicaly represent bloodshed (Jesus' blood), sacrifice and blood atonement. Maybe this was the colour you were asking about. Very similar to to the colour of burgundy. Colours in the scriptures communicate truths to us by way of symbolic use. The colour red is significant along with others.
Bleach your hair with born blond. You can find it at your local walmart. Where I live it's about ten bucks. Then you can use a red one to have a natural red hair look. Or you can use manic panic or splat to get an vibrant red.
well you can use loreal's hi color hilights in "red" to get a bright color and thats what most people use, but then again, you can also make your own hair dye with conditioner and any semi permanent hair dye. Hope this helps!!
If the hair is naturally red, this color will only subtly lighten it. If the hair is artificially colored red, the Loreal box color will do nothing... as color doesn't lift color. You will need to use a lightener with 20 volume developer instead.
you can use a color closer to the blue. i mean like violet, this will be more appropriate as eyeshadow are use to improve the eye appearance than the hair.

Yes, 6% or 20 Volume peroxide is ideal for mixing with red hair color.

All hair color fades. If you wash your hair every day, it will fade faster. Be sure to use a shampoo made for color treated hair. Also, blow drying and straighteners strip hair of color! Use low heat.
