I don't think that's so much an "unfair labor practice" as just a "crappy job." If you're being singled out for not producing more than is physically possible, or if you're fired as a result, you may have grounds for a lawsuit (either discrimination or wrongful termination... your attorney will help you decide which is more appropriate).

No. Paychecks are usually issued for the previous weeks work. You already worked those hours and should be paid for work completed. If you are in an union, ask for the steward and/or file a grievance. Other possible contacts would be Labor Relations office of the company you are working for. This is clearly an unfair labor practice.
