For this to be made you have to be initially dealt;

One Jack, and 3 Fives, with the turned card being the other 5 in the same suit of your Jack.

This hand then makes:

8 lots of 15´s = 16 points

6 lots of pairs = 12 points

and the matching Jack to the 5 = 1 point

16 + 12 + 1 = 29
