Nothing really. It is just that it's not the food that will help your puppy. It is meant fro older dogs because it gives them the food they need to help them. It goes the same with a puppy. I encourage you NOT to give your puppy with adult dog food otherwise he may be unhealthy and getting the right protein he needs.
