Then this depends on your menstrual cycle length, anything up to a weeks variation in your cycle is normal and there are many reasons why your periods may be late such as stress or ill health. If you're 31 days late for your period then you've simply missed your period, lots of reasons for that, as long as it's a one-off then there's little reason to be concerned (unless you could be pregnant).

Depends on when you last had intercourse. Semen can linger and be viable a few days after intercourse, and rhythm methods are notoriously unreliable. But pregnancy w/o sex doesn't happen among humans.

Nothing. Just relax, it will happen. Periods tend to be erratic when you are young. You could even skip a month entirely now and then, but eventually things will straighten out.
