Cocaine use has both immediate and long term effects in the body. Since it is a potent vasoconstrictor which causes blood vessels to become narrower, gums and the inside of the mouth tend to become inflammed and eventually eroded. This can lead to peridontitis and disintegration of the cheek from the inside out. Longer term effects include the cardiovascular system, where the heart rate and blood pressure are increased. I have personally seen a patient in a hospital ICU with an EKG that exactly duplicated the rhythm of someone having a heart attack.

I have heard that crack affect on the salt of blood.

in fact crack decrease salt of the blood by and by.

when salt is decreased two things happened:

1-body defence system become weak

2-meat begins to sweeten.

so body can not defend against microbes and bacterias.

so when a part of body be injured as soon as in that place becomes full of worms.
