If you're living in the US and you are a US citizen, you can apply for a CR-1/IR-1 spouse visa. That will allow your spouse to live in the US permanently (at least as long as they're married to you). After three years, assuming you stay married, they can apply for naturalization and become a US citizen.
If you are not a US citizen but are living in the US on a permanent resident visa ("Green card"), you can still apply for a spouse visa, but it will be an F class instead. It will take longer to get approval for it because those are lower priority than those for US citizens.
If you are not a US citizen and you are also not on a permanent resident visa (you don't have a "green card"), then nothing happens. You'd have to find a way to stay legally or run the risk of deportation if/when your temporary visa ends.
Nothing happens except that you will be married happily to the US citizen. You need to get married only within 90 days of entering the US and 60 days is perfectly fine.

Yes you can ;)
The best way to obtain an America Visa is by visiting the nearest U.S. embassy located in your city or country. However, if you are a Canadian citizen, you are not required to obtain an American Visa while visiting the country.
My Concern, I am a Canadian citizen whose visiting I-194 visa epiring on 2weeks time what are the renewal requirement Thank you for your consideration
no
No you can't. You would more or likely get refused if you get married before getting a spousal visa after you get married. So you would need to get that visa before the wedding, while on the tourist visa.
A marriage immigration visa, also known as a spouse visa or a marriage-based visa, is a type of visa that allows a foreign national to enter and live in a country based on their marriage to a citizen or a permanent resident of that country. This visa is granted to individuals who are married to someone who is already a citizen or permanent resident of the country they wish to immigrate to. The purpose of this visa is to enable spouses to reunite and live together in the same country.
Probably a ten-year wait if at all.
