No this normally would not mean you're pregnant. If it was implantation bleeding which is where the sperm breaks through the lining, it would occur a few days after you ovulate. This is probably just spotting from ovulationg or another reason which I read about which just means you're very fertile. This means in the future you can have babies easier then some women but if it was something to be worried about it would probably occur after ovulation :)
