Their are people who have their dog lick their own vagina so since a vagina does have bacteria, so does sperm. If a dog can lick a vagina and not get effected negatively, then it is okay for a dog to lick sperm. But I am not suggesting it. That is very disgusting and unsanitary.

It isn't really any harm to humans, but it is stupid to put dog sperm in a female human.
