Yes. It definitely happened to my dog.
He is probably fixed.
Yes as long as the male dog is not fixed
If your female cat is fixed aund another male cat is not fixed your female cat should not be attracted to the male cat but the male cat could be attracted to your female cat. ;)
If its female, it has to be in heat. That's if its not fixed. If its male, they'll do it when they want to and if they smell the females hormones. If they're not fixed as well.
If it is a male it will have no testicles. If it is a female, she will not go into heat. You can sometimes see a small scar from the surgery on a female down low on the belly.
They still may have the urge after being fixed if the female is in heat, or goes into heat. Just because the male is fixed, doesn't mean he has lost the urge, or can't do it any more. All that has been removed is his nuts and sperm. Therefore, the male and female can still mate and get locked up, but can not get pregnant unless it is recently after the male has been fixed and he still has a little bit of sperm in his system.
No. However male dogs can still show interest in them even if they are spayed.
he should get fixed
Male cats yowl to female cats and urinate when they are in "heat." You say he's neutered (fixed)? Well, he shouldn't be in heat AT ALL if he is neutered.
Yes My dog Peter has locked with my female do numerous times. My female dog also was not in heat at the time. It is actually a regular occurance in my household and my male dog has been fixed for 2 years now.
Nothing, cat's don't get "turned on" they do into heat. When they get fixed their hormones levels drop and don't have the need for a male.
There is a possibilty that the male cat may be reacting to the female dog in a weird way if he is the only cat in the household. If the male cat is not fixed - that could be a reasoning why as well. Keep them separated for a while. You don't want to irritate a female dog when she is in heat.
