Most of her clothes, many of which were custom made, were handed to her sister, Lady Sarah McCorquodale, who was the executor of Diana's will.
Her former butler, Paul Burrell, tried to steal some of the clothes, amongst some of her other belongings, presumably to sell. But they were recovered by police and returned. You can read more on that here (click).
Some of her clothes were auctioned for charity, some fetching well into the hundreds of thousands.
Her wedding dress went on an exhibition tour around the country, named "Diana: A Celebration". Though it mostly rested at Althorp House in Northampton.
In 2014, her wedding dress and the majority of her property were handed back over to her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, as it was stated in her will that her belongings are to be handed back to her children when they are 30. It is unknown what the princes have chosen to do with her belongings.
